Order Policy

1. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to review an order before dispatch, including for payment, stock availability, delivery information, age verification and legal compliance.

2. Tobacco Products and Age Requirement

AUSTOBAC Official Store sells tobacco products that are subject to Australian tobacco control laws.

Customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tobacco products.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are legally permitted to purchase tobacco products;
• The information you provide is accurate and complete; and
• You will comply with applicable laws relating to the purchase, possession and use of tobacco products.

We may require age verification before dispatch or delivery.

We will not knowingly supply tobacco products to a person under 18. Orders may be refused or cancelled where age verification cannot be completed or where we reasonably believe that fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.

3. Order Acceptance

We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where:

• The product is unavailable;
• Payment cannot be successfully processed;
• Required age verification cannot be completed;
• The delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate;
• We identify a potential fraud or security concern;
• The order appears to breach applicable tobacco regulations;
• We are unable to legally fulfil the order; or
• There is an obvious pricing, product or technical error.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will generally be made to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

4. Order Modifications

Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to modify an order.

We will try to accommodate changes before the order is processed or dispatched. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified after processing or dispatch has commenced.

Changes to the delivery address may require additional verification and may not always be possible.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may contact us to request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.

A cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any refund resulting from an approved cancellation will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable Australian law.

6. Compliance With Tobacco Laws

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and possession of tobacco products complies with applicable laws in the Australian state or territory where the products are delivered or possessed.

AUSTOBAC Official Store operates subject to applicable Australian federal and state or territory tobacco control requirements.

We may refuse an order where we believe that the sale, delivery or fulfilment of the order may not comply with applicable law.
